Maddie was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, where she took her first ballet class at the age of 3. She fell in love with ballet and continued her dance training at her hometown studio for 15 years. Her formal training was primarily in ballet, as well as jazz and contemporary. Maddie performed in her studio’s annual Nutcracker, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty. She attended Macalester College where she continued to seek opportunities to dance and perform. Maddie has taught ballet in Pennsylvania and Minnesota, and is excited to share her love of ballet here in Rhode Island.
